Assistant Manager - Finance Operations

Prepare and deliver monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis against budget, forecast, and business plan.

Provide meaningful financial insights and recommendations to support operational and strategic decision-making.

Own and maintain the integrity and accuracy of the Profit & Loss account, Balance Sheet, and Working Capital reporting.

Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term business planning activities.

Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Partner with business leaders to challenge assumptions, improve performance, and support business growth.

Contribute financial input and analysis for commercial bids, proposals, and business cases.

Ensure compliance with Group policies, financial controls, and accounting standards, including IFRS 15 and IFRS 16.

Support audit activities and implement recommendations where appropriate.

Drive process improvements, standardisation, and automation within finance operations.

Prepare ad hoc financial analysis, profitability models, and management reports as required.

Build effective relationships with key stakeholders across Finance and the wider business.

Relevant finance qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent) or actively working towards qualification.

Strong experience in financial analysis, management reporting, forecasting, and business partnering.

Excellent understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting systems.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders•••••@•••••.••.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
