Obowiązki
Collecting and analysing product and business needs from Sales, Customer Lifecycle, customers, department heads, management, IT and the market.
Challenging requests and identifying the underlying problem before proposing a solution.
Assessing the potential impact of initiatives on revenue, retention, operational efficiency, data quality, customer satisfaction, margins, scalability and business risk.
Working with department heads to understand the actual importance and scale of individual topics.
Preparing recommendations and presenting them to the Managing Director for business prioritization.

Wymagania
Previous experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, Business Product Management or a similar business/technology-facing role.
Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to connect individual requests with wider business goals.
Ability to analyse problems independently and distinguish a genuine business need from a proposed solution or a local request.
Experience working closely with both business stakeholders and IT/technology teams.
Ability to translate business problems into clear, structured requirements and actionable input for developers.
