Obowiązki
Analyze and document HR operational processes across multiple countries.
Support the standardization and optimization of HR processes ensuring compliance with local legal and business requirements.
Participate in global HR transformation initiatives, supporting process redesign and organizational changes.
Assist with workforce planning, support HR budgeting, cost tracking, and prepare dashboards, reports, and executive presentations.
Wymagane języki
angielski, niemiecki
Wymagania
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Projects, HR Shared Services or HR Process Improvement.
Fluent English and very good German.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or ServiceNow is preferable.
