Obowiązki
Lead the daily operations of the Order to Cash (O2C) team supporting the EMEA region.
Coordinate daily workloads, prioritize tasks, allocate responsibilities, and ensure appropriate backup coverage.
Provide hands-on operational support and guidance to team members, helping resolve complex O2C accounting and process-related issues.
Monitor team performance against established KPIs and SLAs, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.

angielski, niemiecki
Wymagania
5+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting operations, preferably within a shared services centre (SSC), Global Business Services (GBS), or BPO environment.
Strong practical knowledge of Order to Cash processes, including incoming payments, account reconciliations, outstanding item management, and month-end and year-end closing.
Fluent in English and German.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Dodatkowe benefity
A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field would be an asset.
Experience with process transitions, migrations, or automation initiatives is an asset.
Knowledge of R2R processes and/or proficiency in French or another additional language will be considered an asset.
