Obowiązki
Manage and coordinate talent acquisition to ensure staffing needs are met with client's long-term strategy.
Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines for potential applicants.
Create job description, source applicants, compile lists of most suitable candidates, interview and hire candidates.
Provide short-listing of candidates for final selection by hiring manager.

angielski, niemiecki
Wymagania
2+ years of relevant professional experience (3+ years for senior-level position).
An educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in German and English.
A strong sense of accountability and action-oriented.
